Wasteful ****

This medical aid scheme is now another **** we waste our money with since the introduction of sizwe. I now cannot go to any doctor I want because of this poor service sizwe things. Even the doctor I used to go to is no longer using it since his claims are not paid instead he is referred to sizwe of which nothing good came out of it. It took me a full month to get authorization for medicine, they then delivered a package and not inform neither the doctor or myself. ****
