Waiting ages for my refund
I have been waiting for months for my refund that is due to me. It is from a mistake that was made when a higher premium was deducted. I have phoned in a few times for an update and I still haven't received my money. Its such a shame as in general I am so happy with Sizwe and I tell everyone about what a good medical aid they are. Please ensure I receive my money in the next few days.
