Victimisation by SizweHosmed

Sizwe hosmed did not authorise my hospital stay as requested by my psychiatrist via ascot Park hospital on Friday 21 November 2025. This is unprofessional, uncaring, disingenuous and unacceptable. I have been hospitalised 3 times over the last 16 months and there were no issues. As a result of me terminating my membership wef 30 November 2025 as a result of sizwe not being an accredited medical aid scheme as advised by my employer, I have now been victimised. SizweHosmed keeps on sending mails to the effect that they will continue honour and pay claims, will continue to ensure members health is a priority, that they care. I say this is humbug. SizweHosmed is not an honourable nor caring organisation.
