Vested savings not transfered to my account

Good day, I'm currently dealing with the same issue as Mamokgotla's. I moved from Bestmed to Sizwe Hosmed and they are refusing to add my savings to my account. I sent emails to their billing managers they just ignore me. I once complained in the complaints page and one lady tried to follow up but I guess she did not win because she ended up ignoring me as well.
