Very very Poor Customer Service

Dear Sizwe

It would seem I only get a response from you when I complain. I am still waiting for my refund that I was promised would be escalated for payment asap.

Your service has been nothing but disgusting and appalling!!! You are basically telling me you do not want me as a client, and I should look for another medical aid!!!

I still do not have my refund after weeks of me running after you!!!
