Very poor service
This organization is terrible to do business with. They are just impossible to contact. They need to refund me some money. I was struggling since January 2022 to get answers. My emails are just ignored. I received a response from the fund yesterday informing me that the payment will be done as soon as possible. How much time is as soon as possible? This is not even a complicated issue and I am pretty Shure in can be solved in in 15 minutes. It cannot continue like this and this incompetence are going to be escalated to other governing bodies soon.

17 Feb 2022, 20:45There are vey little positive responses from Sizwe Hosmed on the poor reviews on this pages. The standard response is the same one receive when trying to communicate by email. It must be a electronic reply and as usual, nothing is done about this. No one ever read this comments and some of them is really very serious. Is this medical aid having going concern troubles and should we start procedures to jump ship?
The other question is if it only the former Hosmed members that gets ignored. It is impossible for me to understand how paid members can be treated like this. We pay for a first class service with a third part service.
