Very poor service

<p>I app**** for membership and submitted all the clear documentation and guess what ??? they captured my telephone number , my ID number and daughters number incorrect. after asking them to ammend the details they still has the nerve to ask me to resubmitt al the documents . The people is not trained . How on earth can one make a mistake like that . Everytime i call them the consultants keep on dropping my call .</p> <p>This is a very **** medical aid .</p> <p> </p>
