Very Bad service from Sizwe Hosmed
Good Day I am Henry Hall cell no *** medical aid no ***0. I have sent all relevant documentation for authorisation to Sizwe on 22 AUGUST 2024. i received a sort of authorisation on 29 August 2024. I called to get clarity and was informed that it is not approved yet they are awaiting one more document. if I did not call nobody would have informed me about the outstanding document. I forward the document on 30 August 2024. I AM STILL WAITING FOR AUTORISATION. SADLY SIZWE HOSMED HAS BECOME A USSLESS MEDICAL AID SICE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY SIZWE. SERVICE DELIVERY HAS BECOME EXTREMELY BAD. Henry Hall

11 Oct 2024, 11:53The Response from Sizwe Hosmed is the normal typical response. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN NO HAS ANYONE CALL ME NOR HAVE THEY COMMUNICATED IN WRITING. SIZWE HOSMED HAS GONE FROM A ONCE VERY GOOD MEDICAAL AID TO THE WORST KIND THERE IS. I WILL SOON BE LEAVING THEM FOR ANOTHER AND BETTER MEDICAL AID.
