VERY BAD SERVICE

Having a deapute for almost a year. This last 2 months they keep suspensing my account even if im not in arrears. Having to phone how many times and send how many e mails to unsuspend at least 2 times a month. They even suspend line after paying full despute amount plus full month and i have sent proof of payment. Days later after pop was sent they suspend my account again. This is the thanks and wonderful service after 17 years of being a member this is how they treat you. Service is disgusting. And they never get back to you even if they say they would. Really bad service.
