Utterly dissapointed in this Medical aid

I wrote on here on the 26th of September regarding bad service that we received at a hospital, I insisted that I wanted to speak to a manager. They rep**** straight after saying that they will get a manager to phone me urgently, this is now the 30th today and I am still waiting patiently for their call. As usual you get no service from them and empty promises.
