useless medical cover
this is horrible, i had called and tried to cancel my medical aid in october, a lady advised that in 30 days i will be removed as a dependent, this month i have been changed about 2000 for my medical aid, although im supposed to join a new medical aid because siezwe pays for nothing at all!!!!!!!!!!!! even birth !!!!!!!! when i called in december they refuse to acknowledge that i had called and asked to be removed. this medical aid is a **** and no one should trust them to cover their familly, i am in 100 000s rands debt despite having this useless cover!!! incase its not obvious phone me now! and have answers !
