Useless in an emergency

Sizwe Hosmed is refusing to pay for my mothers emergency room visit as they say it wasnt authorised or its not a pmb or its not a pmb code or many other excuses. However this was for a Pmb condition, a fractured jaw, the pmb code is on the account. Please tell me how a person with a fractured jaw must call the medical aid in an emergency to get authorisation! And yes this incident was registered within 48 hours once she had seen the surgeon. This happened on a Sunday!These accounts need to be paid in full before I report this case to CMS. I am so tired of any excuse being used to not pay accounts even when authorised.
