Useless. ..I pay medical aid just to fight..it's great....

The worst medical aid ever. I have been logging complaints weekly. Claims take up to a ****ing month and only after I have lost my **** publicly do they then jump in and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Claim again submitted on the 17th of Feb....we are almost midway in March.... pathetic...and lackluster...and hopeless.....
