Useless

My initial compliant from the 15 July 2024 has not been dealt with. On the 24th I reviewed again and was advised my query was being investigated and dealt with. to date no response or contact has been received. It really bothers me how it takes a medical aid so long to reply to yes/no question?? seriously? This is outstanding for a month and a half.
