Urgent Medical requirement not met by Midical aid supplier

<p>3 Months to get machine delivered through supplier. And now 5 weeks waiting for the mask to be delivered. Supplier not in area and only promises. Can not use machine at all without mask. Husband have a lung desease and landed in hospital on a weekly basis.</p>
