2020 I have added my partner to Sizwe Medical Aid , I still have empty application form with me. Firstly she was on waiting list for three months of which I did not mind. She fell pregnant she was attending a doctor and Sizwe Medical Aid payed for it (scan etc). Now she is due to deliver in few weeks or days. We made a booking at Mediclinic Sizwe Medical Aid rejected the booking now I’m told I did not declare it from the beginning. I went through the application form I could not see where on the form I was supposed to declare, and according to our calculations she fell pregnant within waiting period. So now I’m left with mediclinic bills. I’m paying my medical aid monthly but it’s being useless. So I called them I was told that the booking is still on approval this last Friday 18 December it was rejected, I think they are being *****s so I’m warning the public about them. They are not trustworthy. Mr Ndaba
