Unsettled claims

I am writing to express my concern regarding unsettled claims for my daughter Lesego Phale admission in 2024. Despite some of the claims being paid, there are still several outstanding amounts that remain unresolved. I have previously contacted the claims department to follow up on these issues, and while reference numbers were provided, there has been no progresses in settling the remaining account.
