Good day
This is the second attempt trying to report Sizwe Medical aid and we suffering, we re ****** by Sizwe medical scheme, they take advantage. They don't deliver, they only taking contribution and everthing in one basket they call it day to day and alocation was R9000. Gynea , physio , and not sure and what alse but we were ****** no authorisation. They will say no funs but before they will say go to the dr and later you will see bill
I foune Sizwe so many times for physio and Gynea authorisation of the 15/09/2021 I was inform my date to date is finished everything was in the R9000 which cover me and my wife but every month I contribute R3000. Everything it is used to be devide per sickness and by money alocation to my previous medical aid Medipos medischeme, the money that is alocated by sicknesses.
I was so dissapointed because they even dropping calls so many times.
This reff no ***5 her name is Linda she said I was cover for R2670 physio and I must check under Auxilary
But when I call Sizwe after many attempts while they keep on dropping my calls I got Kenedy he told me that we had R9000 alocated date to day including Gynae and Physio plus general practitioners which is not supposed to be like that and on that money, we re two. Still they under pay all the bills. They robbing us. Other sicknesses they cover us with R20000 and more because they know that its rear to have heart plant and itrisis and manymore.
I am looking forward to assist again it is a second attempt.

14 Sept 2021, 16:00I will be waiting for that call because this is not the first case, my wife always inquire but they will response but time for action nothing and I send severals emails complaining about burning ìsues, they always saying it was resolved, especially when it comes to bills, they will pay half when you ask why? they will say not enough money while you know that was you first acount, then will say they will deal with it, after delt with ask proof of the statement, no proof they will send the statement with different accounts and months, not the one you re looking for, in the mean time you will pay the rest. Legal letters keep on comming and different account keep on comming as unpaid some acounts they will pay partial, one time we went for spectacles me and my wife then from what I heard from Sizwe they say they will pay for frame or glass depending and testing seperate from the same R5000. That is R500 + R500 some odds for spectacles or glasses, I decided to buy some time, I even raised questions about R5000 for the spectacles. I LEFT email to say I am going to leave them, do you thing they care? They care less.

One thing I have in my mind is my physio, but sizwe medical scheme they do n't care and they are lying to their clients, I ve tried to be patient but I cn't play with my health, they can play with my money but it will be short period of time, I have been send two statement It was back and forth. I will never forget their response after waiting for 3 to 5 days ( it has been resolved ) technical they re not, you will send your statement till you grow old and still they will send a robbotic sentence from you email profile forever, its like someone do not know what to say. THEY HAVE DESTROY THIS INDUSTRY IN THIS SHORT OF TIME, I am leaving them. I don't have time,I am leaving sizwe medical scheme.
