Unresolved Queries - Maternity

I registered with the maternity program 06/09/2022 where they gave me an authorization no My doctors appointment took place 19/09/2022 where the medical aid failed to pay any amount over R2000.00 that was charged including a scan where the maternity benefits should cover it reason stated that I was not registered for the maternity program

I have email and phone numerous times without any feedback as yet

the last phone call sizwe consultant said the claim went in for review so that it can be paid.

How can 1 claim query take over a month to get sorted? and how can they not pay a cent towards the doctors appointment? I pay a lot of money every month for medical aid and now I have to pay my own doctors appointment...

this is really unfair the doctor is awaiting payment and is going to put in another claim while I'm also waiting for feedback since I had to pay everything in cash.
