Unresolved Claim sine December 2022
A claim was submitted in December 2022. The medical Aid has not resolved this to date. I have been calling every month since but no help has been received. Every consultant I dealt with has **** and made empty promises, even their team Leaders has been of no help.
Yveonne Segopa & Team Leader Tshepiso Mmzangwa are the worst to deal with as I am still awaiting an update from them.
The one consultant even had the nerve to tell me to ask for money "they" Sizwe incorrectly paid to the DR back.
