Unreliable
The medical aid authorized surgery but only paid half of it. Apparently I am liable for over 20 000 rands to the practitioner, on top of medical aid cost. This is after I spent last year paying my my son's autistic intervention out of pocket because apparently it is not a PMB condition and could not be accommodated for.
I might as well not have medical aid altogether.
