Unprofessional service from Sizwehosmed

Pathetic service I received from them. I since claimed for a refund mid December 2022 and to date haven't received any. Each time I call them, they keep saying on asking for a statement and proof of payment which by the way, I've twice four times already. Talking to a manager is totally impossible. I am disgusted with them. I can't wait to join another medical scheme. Since Hosmed merged with Sizwe the service is a pathetic. Their Consultants are rude, non helpful. I regret joining their scheme!
