Unprofessional

Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I recently reviewed this company in hello Peter. I immediately had a response from sizwe asking me to send my query to them again….which I then did even though this is ongoing for almost a year. They have still not resolved my query and I am still waiting for a refund from them
