UNPAID MSA REFUND

I have been following up on my MSA refund with this scheme, and no one can confirm when the refund will be processed. The customer service is so poor and ***********, You can not reach out to their finance department, you cannot reach out to the supervisor, or the manager. I was told I just need to wait, as there is no TAT on refunds.
