UNPAID MEDICAL CLAIM FROM SEPTEMBER 2023 FOLLOW UP WITH A LIE

On the 27th of Febr 2023 I logged a query regarding an account of my father Mr AM Jonker that wasn't paid. I was called on the 28th by a lady , think she said her name is Louisa and she gave me her telephone number and after her investigation she confirmed payment will be on the next billrun which is either a Monday or Thursday and today is Friday, still not paid. I phoned her and only after the 3rd message left she called back but didn't had a clue what I was talking about. So she will hopefully follow up on Tuesday after the next run but she cannot confirm a date when this will definitely be paid. NOW HOSMED COMMENT : MEMBER ASSISTED QUERY RESOLVED. WHAT A BLATANT LIE. THE ACCOUNT HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID SO HOW CAN YOU CLOSE THE QUERY?
