UNPAID MEDICAL CLAIM AND PTP NOT KEPT

PATHETIC SERVICE . Struggle since October 2022 to get a hospital claim paid, got the authorisation approval months later although my father was never admitted to that hospital BUT that was the reason for the rejection. Every week I got a different story and the latest was on the 14th of February 2023 when I was promised the account will be paid on the 20th just to receive a final demand from the hospital on Friday 24 02 2023 and found out that the claim wasn't paid and another story today by the agent that it will be escalated to the teamleader and when asking to speak to the teamleader I was told that I cannot and not even get the email address of the teamleader. NEVER EVER had I struggle when Hosmed was on his own. I am so fedup and don't know who to turn to anymore.
