Unpaid hospital claim
I’m writing to request augent assistance regarding a matter with Sizwe Medical Aid.My wife gave birth on 23/06/2024 and despite my monthly premium of R8,500 the medical aid didn't cover any costs fr her and my son who required care in NICU.As a result’s I currently owe Mediclinic R100,000 in up paid bills. I would appreciate your help in resolving this situation and ensuring these claims are processed.
