Unpaid Claims - terrible service

Unpaid claims. Had to pay for specialist surgery out of pocket. My scheme is costing me a fortune every month and the service is terrible. My anesthesia doctor and I are still awaiting payment. I have phoned many times - have even been told that they escalated my claim. That is a lie.

When it was still Hosmed alone, I spoke highly of them. They have degraded since the amalgamation. I have SARS issues due to their wrongful tax certificates, and they never responded when I app**** for medical travel insurance.

Really considering changing my medical aid when my company circulates the changes forms.
