Unpaid Claims
Once again I have called Sizwe re accounts not paid, after 9 calls this morning, no one can give me answers on outstanding accounts RFS328480 AND 328495. I need to go for a check up and cannot go as accounts are not paid. Sizwe you are causing us to be Black listed. I have an account outstanding for My deceased husband for 19 months not paid. This is shocking

09 Jun 2026, 09:50Now I get feedback on ref no 328480, Now they cant pay as we could only get the Pathology report after the operation, The are only paying from the R25k, they are only paying R9k, Mbali maintains we need to register in the beginning of the year, we did not know I had cancer, So please explain to me how this happens. We went to a specialist first and I was referred to the Surgion, after the operation I could only get the Pathology report to register with PMB.
