UNPAID ACCOUNTS

Once again Sizwe has made no effort to pay bills. I have spoken to a very nice gentleman, which has helped tremendously. Rfs 416106, was now found that the oncology Authorization was never picked up on there system, he escalated this but still to no avail. We have made an appointment with the Ombudsman to resolve this issue now, this account is outstanding since March 2026.

Rfs 416132, this account is outstanding since September 2024. We have done a full recon and have found that Sizwe did a full credit on the account, because there were queries, and once again didn't pay what was queried even though there were full authorizations. There was authorization requests 3 times to Sizwe on some issues and there we go again no one attended to it at the time. I have already sent this to the Ombudsman. With full details of emails, references, PMB no's.

PEOPLE THE BEST IS STAY AWAY FROM SIZWE, THEY HAVE CAUSED MY MOTHER TO BE BLACKLISTED WHICH SHE HAS NEVER BEEN IN HER LIFE, THEY HAVE THE MOST *********** PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM, AND DOESNT EVEN KNOW WERE TO LOOK FOR AUTH'S REFERENCES ETC. MIND YOU MY MOM IS 78 YEARS OLD AND A SASSA PENSIONER, CAN YOU IMAGINE THE TRAUMA THROUGH ALL THIS AND MY DAD IS DECEASED. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED...........
