Uninformative unhelpful

<p>Last week I called to use the two consults I get when two visits to see the gyne, I get told yes you can use it, I get emailed proof that I'm able to use it, but the low n behold, I get told I don't qualify.... I'm so tired of this run around, they keep you on the phone so long, they then waste your airtime, staff are rude and unhelpful..What type of business is this company running!!! Seriously terrible service!</p>
