Unhappy member due to poor service

Hi, I have been recently medically boarded off and I was unaware that seeing that I'm now considered a private member. My company paid them on the 25th of March so to my knowledge the next payment would be at the end of April. On the 4th of May my account was debited and then I was told I'm in arrears for the month of April....if that was the case why wasn't my account debited on the 1st as I was told debits are done then. I called numerous times and was told that if I don't pay then my medical aid will be suspended. I informed them of my salary and won't be able to afford the full amount but can pay in installments, I was then advised that it can only be 2, 1 end of this month and the other middle of June. On Friday I managed to borrow the money and I paid it in full, sent an email to 1 of the consultants with the proof of payment and still she hasn't responded as to whether she has forwarded it to their billings dept. I called again and the lady said all the managers are in a meeting, but she said she will call me back to no avail. It's frustrating as I spent so much airtime, emails and yet my matter is being ignored. I even told them I have proof that it wasn't my fault which fell on deaf ears. Please help

Reviewer Update
Hi, I still did not get the proper information that I'm looking for. I have spoken to a few consultants and was told I'm in credit. I was querying my premiums for the months of April as they said I was in arrears contradicting themselves as they initially said I was in credit. I however paid the R2819 on the 27th of May yet on the 1st of June they tried to debit double. I have since been querying but I just can't seem to get answers. Then on Friday the 10th of June I received this.

The members June contribution is not paid we will definitely debit the premium for June and July. Unless if the member instructs us to remove the MOP and set her as an EFT payee in that way, she won’t have to pay debit return penalty.

I did not query the above. I gave them time til 3pm and I still did not get a response. All they needed to do is deduct a single payment on the 1st of June and everything would have been sorted.

Please can someone help me as you may say I'm unemployed(boarded off).

Kind regards
Pamela Pillay
