unhappy customer

I wish i could rate it below 1 star. I have been back and forth with this medical aid scheme which is a ****. I gave birth last year in June through C-section they did not pay full amount to the hospital, They lie and say the hospital did not send them documents , an documents have been sent to them more than once and each time these documents are sent we are given a reference number , as a result i have been handed over for the outstanding balance , which should be paid by them, i pay my premiums i make sure but the service i am getting from them is very frustrating. they are actually a ****, below are references .. Juliet form claims -N*** , wf***7 n***6 Victoria - sent for re-processing N***8 , Nicole -still on open status - N*** an d spoke to Sindiswa at Auths, aut has been updated but still nothing.
