Unfair treatment of adding a new baby

My baby was born 19 October born into the scheme. My sent my documents to my HR who ommitted to send my babies docs within 30days, I also contacted sizwe who sent me the incorrect forms. The scheme rule is 30 days to add the baby but I know from personal experience that every medical aid has a long rule of 90days. I am blind and it's very difficult for me to get to follow up on things. I'm now told my baby is addeded with a waiting period which is unacceptable. My HR did not send the docs I sent you proof showing you the trail, with such a cooperate company as a preffered medical aid you treat us very badly. I want the baby added from date of birth, Im going to lodge a complaint with council of medical scheme as I am sure a baby born into ur scheme as 90days to be added due to circumstances.
