Unauthorized deduction after resignation.
Beginning of November Sizwe informed me my resignation has gone through. Now they still deducting for December. And not small amount but a massive amount I do not know where they get from. Their call center I been on hold for almost an hour. Please i urge anyone not to register with this medical aid scheme.
