UNANSWERED CANCER PATIENT!!!
SIZWE HOSMED MEDICAL SCHEME HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT INFURIATING TO DEAL WITH. MY DAD IS LIVING WITH STAGE 4 CANCER AND HE HAS MEDICAL BILLS THAT HAVE GONE UNPAID BY THE MEDICAL AID A YEAR LATER. I'VE CALLED IN SO MANY TIMES TO GET AN UNDERSTANDING BUT I'M ALWAYS BEEING SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST. NOW MY DADS ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER.
DON'T GET ME STARTED ON TRYING TO GET HOLD OF A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER... THEY ARE UNTOUCHABLE, I CAN'T GET TO THEM AND HAVE TO SPEAK TO THE SAME AGENTS WHO HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HELP ME. KANTE WHY ARE THEY EVEN THERE IF THEY'RE UNREACHABLE? SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO ESCALATE THIS PROBLE.
SIZWE HOSMED MEDICAL SCHEME, MY DAD HAS HAD CANCER 3 TIMES IN THE PAST YEAR. PLEASE DON'T BECOME AN ADDED PROBLEM IN HIS LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!

Please advise where your head office is based so that I can go there personally. I don’t understand how my dad is having to pay for his cancer needs cash when he’s on the best cover and also on PMB???
Your only supervisor within the business as it seems because I’m not allowed to be assisted by any other manager, Tshidiso Pelo is nothing but useless and has **** to me over and over again forgetting that he’s also dealing with people’s mental health. I say this because being sent summons and called every day by debt collectors is super stressful!!!

I am still waiting to be assisted. The above mentioned medical bills have still gone unpaid years later. My father was on PMB so I fail to understand why he would need to pay for service providers who have not been paid by you.
Again I went to your offices in Houghton but the gates are locked. I'm honestly at a point of not knowing what to do anymore.
