Un blocking covid vaccination for 12 year olds upwards
I took my 12 year old child to get his Vaccination today through my medical aid sizwe after he has already been registered and the pharmacy said it says blocked for that age group on there system, after many phone calls from the pharmacy to sizwe and even after speaking to there team leaders they refused to open it for him to be vaccinated, according to Sizwe system it it only open for 18 years onwards, they refused to help, this being the 22nd October 2021, when Government gave the go ahead on the 20th already! I even emailed Sizwe them selves to complain and apparently there complaints email on the website does not work...
