Treatment not paid for even though pre authorization was received

I had to go for a biopsy on the 5th Jan 2022, morton and partners received pre authorization, called me, and said that they received authorization, so the medical aid will cover the procedure,

Low and behold, when I got my statement, it shows that Sizwe didn't pay the costs, I called Sizwe, spoke to a consultant, she said that she sees that there was an authorization number given, so it should have been paid, she said she would follow up and get back to me, that was 3 weeks ago,

This medical aid is pathetic to say the least, they have paid for very very minimal stuff since I've been with them, really just a waste of money!
