Total disappointment with Sizwe Hosmed Medical Scheme

I have been on Sizwe Medical Scheme for 27 years. I have never had a problem with their services in this time. Since Hosmed came aboard I have had nothing but one problem after the next. Claims take forever to be paid out. You can phone, as I have for months on end and told it is in the claims department or in processing. The next time you phone there is another reason and so on. I had and op 31st July 2023. After much phoning they eventually paid the doctors the scheme amount. I have since sent in the Top up Cover form, plus the doctors statements to 3sixtyhealth. I have been phoning since August and received another reason each time. They have escalated 3 times to no avail. I am VERY disappointed with the level of service. Each consultant was very helpful, but there has been nothing resolved as yet. I would never refer anybody to join this scheme.
