Top Class Receptionist

A receptionist is not all alike in Service & Manner. Usually, the Medical ones are very, unfriendly, "I don't know you or why you're here, and quite frankly, I'm just not paid enough or have the patience to be friendly to care!" Wow! That's certainly enough to send you elsewhere, where there is someone who at least gives you the time to know how they could assist you. Well to my surprise, there is, her name is Haaniem Khan, who was at the Reception Desk of Sizwe Medical Fund in PE. She is a most friendly & helpful person whom we were most fortunate to meet, she carefully listened to our needs. Then told us that unfortunately as yet their new Medical Scheme Catalogues and Prices were not available, however, she will be only too pleased to give us a Photocopy, and that as soon as they receive theirs, she'll let us know. In the meantime, if there are any questions she'll be only too happy to see if she could answer. Wow! now that's Customer Service. Her knowledge about the "new" upgraded Plans, was impressive. It was hard not to walk away content. Thank you Ms.H.Khan for putting your Company ahead in both Service & your abilities to handle Customers. Regards, Singmin"s
