sizwe was paying my claims at the beginning but now they are just a bunch of confused, useless people. I have been calling about the same claims since January and now we are in Nov and they are telling me that my claims are stale. I then asked them to see my records of when I started calling and they are telling me that there are no records of my calls even though they tell you that all calls are recorded at the beginning of each call! they don't even have records that I was registered for the maternity benefits even though they have! You cant even reach the supervisor because they are always busy I don't know with what because these ****bags are not doing what they are supposed to. They deserve zero stars.
