the worst

the worst ever. my husband has been taken to emergency in feb and i have been sent a bill from the hospital stating that we will be handed as the medical aid never paid. i called the medical aid regarding this they tell i was supposed to get authorization and we did not know this, due to sizwe not send me a brochure or any information regarding our medical aid, the benefits and information on when we need to authorize for anything. even though i have request this thrice and was promised it will be emailed till this day i am still waiting. it is clear that they do not want to inform their clients so that we end up sitting with this debt and not them, yet we pay them on a monthly basis. i am fuming as i am typing and i really can't take this financial strain of paying medical bills and a medical aid. why do i have medical aid in the first place. if u ask me i was by majority of my visits to drs or specialist that sizwe is the worst and i can see why.
