THE WORSE MEDICAL AID I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!

I would not waste my time with this medical aid. I have been battling for weeks to get medication, that I am in desperate need of, approved. They don't care about your medical conditions they only worry about collecting your money and not do their job.

I am a type 1 Diabetic, my dr wrote a prescription where she increased the amount of my medication as well as a motivational letter to use the Dexcom sensor device, so that I can have better control over my diabetes. I gave in my script to the pharmacy more than a month ago and still it hasn't been approved. I send in the blood results as per Sizwe's request and had the pharmacy and my dr phoning them and still it is unchanged, and comes up with an excuse they never received anything when the information that they require was send to them numerous times by my dr, broker and myself as a member. I phoned them for weeks now Including today 3 times) and they keep on transferring you to the next person.

The more you try to explain the situation the less they listen. I am not even going in to detail about their manners as well, on numerous occasions they are talking to you like you are ******* and put the phone down in your ear when you are speaking polity to them.

Their customer care is TERRIBLE!!

As a person whit a chronic condition I WILL NOT ADVISE people to go to them. They are terrible
