The circus called Sizwe Hosmed Medical Aid

What a useless bunch of people. I suffer from sleep apnea. In short it means I stop breathing when I fall asleep. It has taken these clowns 8 weeks from Sleepnet sending in a claim for a new mask to get absolutely passed 1 point. The claim is approved. Now the claim needs to go through for processing and payment. Somewhere that person/persons are either not at work/ at work but not working or at work and don't know how to do their jobs. I am still waiting for the claim to be paid. I went to the Port Elizabbeth office today to complain and was told it would hopefully be sorted out by Friday NEXT week. So I am sleeping with an ill fitting mask that leaks. I don't sleep properly. The mask slips off because it's stretched to hell and gone. Should I die of a heart attach or have a strike I hope my husband sues the medical aid for negligence. The service is a -1000% pathetic.
