Terrible service to service provider of medical aid
Good day. My accounts lady have been trying multiple times in the last month to rectify my banking details with Sizwe medical aid. My service delivery charges have been paid into the wrong bank account for the last 4 years and up to date NOTHING has been done about this. I find their service absolutely appalling and will in future strongly advise patients to not become a member of this medical aid. My reference numbers are: 21/06 N933715 01/07 N937869 12/07 N941601
