Terrible service since Sizwe became 1 with Hosmed

Ever since Sizwe partrned up with Hosmed it's been hell I must say, our statement are always late, Sizwe alone was always on point but since Hosmed joined things have never been the same everything is always delayed, I have been calling for my stamen since last week but nothing was told this morning that the statements are being delays which have been a song for the past 3 months, I loved Sizwe for the past 4 years I have been using it but I want to change to another medical aid scheme cos the service is no longer the same and would not recommend anyone to us it since is now Sizwe Hosmed. I need my statement by the end of business today and remittance sent to all the doctors don't want to be called by doctors telling me I'm owing them
