Terrible service of rejecting claims with no valid reasons

I have submitted 2 claims end of November 2021 and I had funds on my medical aid, but this medical aid is busy rejecting my claims saying benefits exceeded and every time I call the agents check and confirm that I do have funds and should have been paid, and they will escalate the matter but it has not been resolved up until today. I have been calling the since December every week but every time I'm getting the same story of the matter being escalated. this is the most terrible service, I regret why I joined this medical aid cause all they know is to **** people and not pay anywhere, their favorite line is benefits exceeded while you haven't even used those benefits. my reference numbers are N***, N ***, N***, N***, N***
