Terrible Service
What a **** these people are. I tried to join there. cheapest medical aid. Gomomo plan. advertised as R904.00 per month. It took almost a month for everything to be finalized and now they want to charge me R2200.00 a month. I did expect to pay penalties as i have not been on a medical aid as from the 1st March this year. Ihad to submit my paperwork more than 4 times and they just don't phone you back, you always had to inquire. I explained I was retrenched in December 2018 and that i am claiming unemployment at the moment R3600.00. I explained that i have just started a small business from home and that my expectation is that i would be getting approximately R5500.00 - R6000.00 per month. So how must i live if I had to pay R2200.00 I had to sell my apartment in the process, and have to live of what i can make buy selling cool-drink and ice cream.
I just don't understand the false advertising.

I would really like to apologize for jumping the gun. A wrong quote was emailed to me in error. Kim Fourie, picked up the mistake and came back to me at 8:15 this morning. She was of great help and her assistants flawless. Everything is sorted.
