TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I called last year beginning December 2015 to receive a Medical Aid card, got told it would take two weeks to arrive. I received nothing!<br> I called beginning of January 2016 to follow up, I got told i should wait a little longer. I received nothing.<br> I called again on the 27th January 2016 to follow up, The lady by the name of Cecelia informed me that they will resend another card and it will take 3 to 4 working days! I received nothing.<br> I called the following week with my reference number to follow up on why I have not received my medical aid card number. They said I must wait a few more days, I will receive it the next Monday. I received nothing.<br> I called again, and so the same story repeats, wait a few more days.<br> I called this morning 16th February 2016 and got told that I have to look in my Post Box, the card was delivered! I went to look, nothing in my post box!!!<br> I called again and spoke to a Tshepang, she had the worst attitude, never allowed me to finish speaking. SHe says they have sent it with normal post and it takes longer than THREE WEEKS, and they have no turn around time.<br> Each agent told me a different story, How pathetic and unorganized!!! They should jack up!!!!
