TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Sizwe have refused to pay for treatment for a PMB condition even though the treatment falls within the legislated definition. I was forced to pay myself to prevent my health declining even more. I have lodged a dispute but they havent even had the decency tp acknowledge receipt or to reply. Don't join this medical aid - their service is horrible.
